Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50, otherwise it's a flat-rate $10 per order. 

We only deliver to New Zealand addresses, if you're from Australia you can shop online at www.sci-mx.com.au.

Most orders are picked, packed and shipped within 2 business days; during a massive sale or promotion it may take an extra business day. We then send your parcel via Courier Post which generally delivers within 2-3 business days depending on your location. 

Below are the average delivery timeframes based on the carriers' own schedules:

Christmas Hours

We are closed on Statutory days - all other days we will be operating as usual.

24 & 31 December 2012 : orders made before 10am will be processed and collected.  Orders made after this will be processed on the next working day.
